Bloomington Farm

Bloomington Farm is a small breeding operation with the goal to produce world class jumper able to perform at the highest level in sport. Because we believe in their  strict breeding selection program, all our broodmares are registered with the KWPN in Holland  or their American counterpart KWPN-NA , the Royal Dutch Sport Horse better known as the Dutch Warmblood.

We take great pride in the selection of the stallion which represents the best bloodline available.  Our broodmares are out of the best jumper broodmares imported from Holland, mareline of the year in Holland.   Our sire's mares are  Animo, Mr. Blue Preferent, Nabab de rêve and Indoctro Preferent. Our oldest broodmares have produced winners in the 1m50 and 1m60 ring. 

The quality of our foals is showing at the inspection;  we have Champions, Reserve Champions, Top ten results but we aim for the Grand Prix horses. With their good temperament they are good amateur horses and are often sold as such but their potential are for more challenging goals and we welcome professional to come and have a look.   

We are conveniently situated 45 minutes from Ottawa, 1hr 30 from Montreal and  about 30 minutes from the US border.
